How far in advance should I book my session?
To be safe book at least a month in advance. This time period is subject to change depending on the time of the year. Fall and Spring are the busiest times, so make sure to book far in advance if you are interested in these time periods.

How long will my session last? 
You session will be based upon your purchased collection. General Sessions last around 1 hour.

Do you travel?
Yes we do! We will travel to any location within a 20 mile radius of Menominee MI. Any session locations outside of the 20 mile radius will be charge at standard government rate of $0.55 per mile.

Do you offer retouching?
We offer all the standard retouching such as blemish removal, stray hair removal, evening skin tone.

Will I receive printing rights with my session?  
Yes, you will receive your full resolution files via digital download of your entire gallery after you reach the minimum qualified print investment.

When is payment due? 
All general sessions require a $25 minimum non refundable deposit payable via your online agreement at the time of booking. The remaining session fee balance will be paid on the date of your session before any services are rendered.

When will my portraits be ready? 
Your digital gallery will be available approximately 2-3 weeks after your session date. Quality takes time, and we devote as much time as needed to make sure your portraits are perfect! You will be contacted via your preferred way of contact listed on your portrait agreement with your own personal link to your gallery. Galleries will be available for a period of 2 weeks. Any portrait investments will need to be made in that time frame.

When do I pay for my order? 
All print orders will be need to be paid in full at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-14 days for your portrait ordered to be processed and delivered.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Any valid form of credit card, paypal, or cash, or check.

What if I need to reschedule?
We understand that things come up. Its a part of life. In the event of inclement weather, we will contact you the morning of your session and decide the best course of action.
